No Hellboy III Tease

So I've been running into a ton of coincidences this weekend:

1. While reading Esquire on the way to New Jersey, I came across an article by Barry Levinson on the Kindle.

2. Also in Esquire, a huge profile of my other political crush, Corey Booker, the mayor of Newark -- which I've quoted quite a bit since getting to Trenton, since my best friend works in government. It's like I unwittingly did advance New Jersey research.

3. Much to the delight of Brian and Monique, apparently the Paranormal Headquarters where Hellboy lives is located in Trenton, New Jersey.

4. Brian's mom brought up all sorts of plants for their garden and CH loves to garden. He was quickly put to work.

5. CH and I both packed our Carnegie Mellon T-shirts and chose to wear them today -- at separate times. We're not one of those couples -- yet.

Anyway, the main point is that my plan to see Hellboy II: The Golden Army today worked. Mainly because Monique read my blog this morning, and asked Brian's parents to babysit. See behind-the-scenes machinations really do work! The more you know...


Hellboy II was not without it's problems, but the visual effects made it beyond worth it. And don't bother waiting through the credits (like we did). No Hellboy III tease. Alas.
